The Problem
ACU's iDea Lab hosts quarterly webinars in which faculty are guest speakers sharing their expertise on a subject. Each guest speaker provided the script but lacked the skills to design a visual slide deck that would captivate the audience during the webinar.
The Solution
Designing a slide deck allowed the guest speakers to focus on their content and delivery. We created a slide deck in line with brand guidelines that included alluring visuals and animations to keep the audience engaged.

Designing a slide deck allowed the guest speakers to focus on their content and delivery. We created a slide deck in line with brand guidelines that included alluring visuals and animations to keep the audience engaged.
After receiving the script from the guest speaker, each slide was designed with supporting visuals and limited text. Animations were also included to reveal text and images at key times while the speaker delivered the information. We also assisted in managing the live webinar using Zoom Webinars.
Visual Mockups
ACU is protective of their brand so it was imperative that we stuck to brand colors and approved images. The webinar deck was designed with supporting images and limited text to make the information more easily digestible.
Full Development
Once each slide was designed, the animations were added to allow each piece of information to be revealed when it was delivered live. The webinar included polls and a Q&A session to enhance audience engagement. The presentation was also rehearsed with the guest speaker to practice the delivery and timing using the Zoom platform.
Results & Takeaways
Taking over the slide deck design allowed the guest speakers to focus on the content they were delivering. Having a professionally designed slide deck also ensured audience engagement and consistency aligned with the brand throughout the webinar series.
